In these Terms and Conditions:

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to Bukit Capital, operating at 19 Tanjong Pagar Road, #06-02, Singapore 088476.
• "You", "User" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrols in a course.
• "Course" refers to any of the educational courses offered by Bukit Capital, delivered via our online platform.
• "Materials" refers to the reading modules, worksheets, templates, glossaries, and other resources included in a Course.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions, together with any course-specific enrolment terms.

By accessing our website or enrolling in a Course, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the website or enrol in any Course.

You confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Our Courses are not intended for persons under 18.

Bukit Capital provides structured, text-based educational courses on Singapore personal tax topics. Courses are designed for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute tax advice, financial advice, or legal advice, and are not a substitute for professional guidance from a qualified tax practitioner.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure course content is accurate and current. Content is reviewed annually against IRAS guidance. We do not represent that all information in our materials is complete or free from error at every point in time.

To enrol in a Course, you will be required to provide accurate personal information and pay the stated course fee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your enrolment.

Course access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your access credentials or make course materials available to others.

You agree to use our website and course materials only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without our written permission
• Use course materials for commercial purposes
• Attempt to access course content you have not enrolled in or paid for
• Post or submit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content via any form on our website

All course materials, including reading modules, worksheets, templates, and glossaries, are the intellectual property of Bukit Capital or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your personal educational use only.

No intellectual property rights are transferred to you under this Agreement. You must not remove or obscure any proprietary notices on course materials.

Course fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are payable in full at the time of enrolment. We will confirm the accepted payment methods at the time of your enrolment enquiry.

All fees are exclusive of any goods and services tax (GST) that may be applicable. If GST becomes applicable to our services at any point, we will notify you in advance.

Refund policy: If you request a refund within seven days of enrolment and have not yet accessed any course module, we will provide a full refund. Requests received after that period or after course modules have been accessed are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Once enrolled, you may access course materials at your own pace. There is no mandatory completion timeline. We make reasonable efforts to keep materials accessible for at least 18 months from the date of enrolment.

Bukit Capital does not issue certificates of completion. Our courses are purely educational resources without formal accreditation.

Our courses are provided "as is" for educational purposes. We do not represent that completing a course will result in any particular outcome, tax saving, or change in your financial position.

Nothing in our course materials constitutes tax advice. Learners are encouraged to consult a qualified tax professional for advice specific to their personal circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Bukit Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of our website or course materials, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.

Our total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the course fee you paid in respect of the relevant Course.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our courses if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately.

You may terminate your enrolment at any time by contacting us. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in Section 7 above.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution. We will endeavour to respond within ten working days.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bukit Capital with respect to the use of our website and courses. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in force.

Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify enrolled learners by email. Continued use of our website or access to course materials after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those terms.
